Our annual membership subscription runs from 1st September each year. Members joining after 1st July will get the period up until 1st September free of charge.

New Member Application Form

You can join Thorley u3a either by downloading and printing an application form, or you can complete an online form which will be sent directly to our Membership Secretary. Printed forms should be sent to our Membership Secretary at the address below or handed in at one of our monthly meetings at the membership desk.

Membership Renewals

Members who are renewing their membership do not need to complete a new membership application form.

Update Your Membership Details

Have you moved house or changed your telephone number or email address since joining Thorley u3a? Would you like to add your emergency contact details to your membership record?

You can now send us your change of details via the 'Update Your Details' online form below.

Membership Cards

Your new membership card will be available at the next monthly meeting following your payment but please allow at least two days for us to process your card. If you wish your membership card to be posted to you, please send a stamped, self addressed envelope to our Membership Secretary at the address below.

Payments

Payment by bank transfer is our preferred method of payment. Please use a bank payment reference of MEMBERSHIP when making your payment. If you are renewing a membership, it is useful if you include your membership number in the reference too.
